Ways That You Are Leaving Money on The Table in Your Business
Jul 24, 2023I AM OFTEN KNOWN AS THE QUEEN OF LEVERAGE, BECAUSE I KNOW HOW TO FULLY MONETISE ANY BUSINESS, AND MAKE SURE I AM PUTTING MY ENERGY INTO THE BEST PLACES, THAT WILL GIVE THE BIGGEST RETURN.
THIS IS SOMETHING I SEE OTHER FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS STRUGGLE WITH BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE SEEN AS 'MONEY HUNGRY' OR GREEDY.
THE REALITY IS MONEY IS WHAT FUELS YOUR BUSINESS AND ITS GROWTH,
YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK, TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A SUSTAINABLE AND SCALABLE BUSINESS.
HERE ARE THE WAYS THAT I SEE MOST WOMEN MISS OUT ON EXTRA REVENUE, WITHOUT NEEDING EXTRA CLIENTS:
1 - YOU AREN'T WORKING WITH YOUR HUMAN DESIGN

If you are using dated marketing strategies that feel like pulling teeth, that lower your vibration and drain your battery, you actually repel what it is that you want and attract low vibe 'can I have a discount' clients, that do not see the value of your work.
The more you stay in your lane, make business fun and play to your natural gifts doing the things that light you up, the more you will attract the hell yes kind of clients who will chase you down to work with you.
2 - YOU AREN'T GIVING PEOPLE A REASON TO STAY WITH YOU LONG TERM
When I started in business and opened my first Barber shop, I realised I had the potential to serve 100s of customer a week because of the location.
Instead of thinking of ways to get as many of those people as possible into my shop and out quickly, I intuitively thought about the customer journey. I didn't want 100s of customers who would trash my salon and exhaust my staff. I wanted loyalty. I wanted higher cost per head and a better customer experience as this would lead to better customer reviews, and a more discerning client.
So I increased my prices and thought of ways to blow the customers mind with incredible service, and reward them for staying loyal to me.
In my coaching business, this translates to incentivising women to stay in my world for longer so I don't need to burn through my audience.
This looks like:
- Ensuring MY CLIENTS get results, as well as me
- Creating longer containers, where women can 'graduate' or expand into the next offer i.e. The AEA Academy into The 7 Figure Sisterhood Mastermind
- I continue to commit to my own personal growth and mastery, so there is LONGEVITY in working with me as a mentor
- I keep things fresh and the energy moving in my business, so it feels FUN to be part of my world
(I already have a book launch, CEO Event, new JVs and more planned for the last few months of the year)
3 - YOU AREN'T REGULATING YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM AROUND MONEY, BY FOCUSSING ON BUILDING MONTHLY REOCCURRING REVENUE
If you are constantly looking for your next client, or starting every month from zero, you will always be in 'stress mode' when it comes to money.
No millionaire ever starts their month with zero in the bank!
Focussing on building your monthly reoccurring revenue helps you to stay neutral when it comes to money, which is a better state to welcome more in, you make better decisions, honour your boundaries and show up with a whole new vibe.
4 - YOU AREN'T ADDING VIP UPSELLS TO YOUR OFFERS
How many times have you paid additional postage fees to have something delivered to you in a shorter timeframe? Probably hundreds before the days of Amazon Prime!
Don't underestimate that your clients are probably willing to do the same, for an increase in service.
Every offer, including the free offers, should always have a VIP upsell as standard. Allow the people who will pay more, for closer proximity, additional resources, more calls etc. to pay more.
5 - YOU AREN'T FULLY OPTIMISING YOUR OFFER SUITE TO ALLOW CROSS PROMOTION AND UPSELLS AND REPURPOSING.
In a nutshell, you aren't fully optmising your programs and containers so they can be the gift that keeps on giving. In my recent You Tube video I shared over 10 ways that you can continue to monetise a program that has already been hosted.

You can add MRR by offering extended payment plans for your offers and building longer term programs that encourage more loyalty and commitment.
6 - YOU AREN'T SELLING ENOUGH!
So often the reason you aren't making sales, is because you aren't doing enough to sell them.
Remind your audience how they can work with you DAILY
Make it easy for people to GIVE YOU MONEY
BE OBSESSED with your work and shout about it from the rooftops
